Project people, bring a section to class

This is not a requirement but a good opportunity for some feedback. If you are pursuing the valuation project option, bring a section of your appraisal report to class. Good sections to bring in include: neighborhood and area analysis, highest and best use analysis, any one of the three approaches to value, or the final reconciliation. We should have some time to review and critique your work.
